Ayam Pansuh
Chicken, longhouse style
RM24.90
Ready-meal pouchThe longhouse pot. Chicken cooked with lemongrass and ginger until the broth goes fragrant and gentle — the Sarawak dish people debate, then ask for again. This is the family rendering, sealed so you can have it far from any bamboo.
- Lemongrass
- Ginger
- Gentle warmth
- A broth, not a dry fry
Chicken. The pouch label carries the full ingredient list.

Guide price only. The pouch is the dish — bring rice or bread if you want a full plate.
How to heat this pouch
- 01
Keep the food pouch sealed. You are warming a cooked meal, not cooking it again.
- 02
If your pack includes a heater, add only the water the pack asks for — into the heater, never into the food.
- 03
Set it aside while you lay out rice or bread. Open when the pack says it is ready. The pouch will be hot; use a cloth.
- Do not microwave a sealed retort pouch.
- Do not eat a pouch that is badly swollen, leaking, or smells wrong.
- The print on your pack wins. This page explains the idea, not a specific batch.
